Help, Cancel NBN migration

I was signed up incorrectly to the NBN, with the wrong plan and contract details

I have been trying to cancel since i received the email but have not been able to call or received any email response and nobody is on the chat.

someone named joidette first answered then transferred me to 'home service delivery team' , but the chat has gone blank with no response and I have waited on the chat for over an hour, nobody is responding

I want to cancel the nbn switch. I am going with another provider.

now the modem has been sent i want to send it back.
