How can I cancel or move my service during COVID-19?

I have tried the chats, noone can help.

I have tried both cancellation and relocation emails, noone responds. 

Noone is taking calls. 

 

I have been trying now for 2 weeks. 

 

What do I do?????

I see your NBN FTTC installation has been completed, Could you still want to cancel the service?
