Moved my modem to new address. Got messages yesterday that we are connected but doesn’t work  We went through setup. Have since done a reset

But still nothing. We only have iPads and the ipad Network settings can see the modem and accepts the password but still no internet

On the modem the power light is green  the 2.4g and 5g lights are green. Nothing else is on

Can you please help. I asked yesterday but got hung up on after told this was a tech support problem

I hope you can help. As I. Attempting to help my son as he is atthe address and I’m one hour away.
