I can not make calls from my mobile. My internet is working so I can call via internet services, but not via my mobile nor send messages.
I have emails from TPG that state my mobile has been ‘barred’, how do I UNBAR my phone. I believe there has been a $20 charge made to UNBAR my phone but this hasn’t happened yet.
I’m sorry this is an urgent case as I am elderly caring for my demented husband. I need to make our calls in case we are in trouble but not been able to do so places my/my husband health and safety at risk.
I trust you will help me solve this issues swiftly.
