Internet has not been working for at least 3 days. Have tried turning modem off and back on, no change.
Power light ON
2.4G light ON
5G light ON
All other lights off. Tested connection on app and says No Data and no connection.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
