Internet light not on

Have just relocated and brought my modem with me tp-link archer vr1600v. Have spoken to a TPG worker and have now got NBN ready for my new place. However it is not connecting to the internet, that light is not coming on at all. Unsure as to if there is a loose wire in the actual port in the wall or if there’s any other way I could fix the situation and use the service I’m paying for.

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
