Internet not working

Hi we have been having constant internet issues for the last few weeks and today we have no internet al all since this morning. I have turned off power, reset etc but still nothing. I checked network outage and there’s none in our area, Red Hill, ACT. Please assist.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the NBN line.

We've detected a possible fault within the network and escalated it to our Engineering team for further investigation.

 

Any updates will be provided via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours.
