Internet not working

Hi my internet has been down for almost a week now and I’ve tried all the trouble shooting options, reset my router etc etc. Please help me connect my internet again or I will need to cancel my account. Also I have been trying to contact you for a week now and it’s impossible.

Hi
I found why you are having issues,
because you are using the same username and password from 2 different addresses,
technically it's never going to stable,
please disconnect the other Modem.
your connection for only Williams Road, SOUTH YARRA,
we will disconnect other connection soon

 Also, you cant use more than one Modem at the same time,

it will never be going to work stable.
