Mobile prepayment refund and number port out

Hi, i would like to have someone explain for me what is the exact step to cancel the service with TPG, porting out the number and have the mobile prepayment refund back to my credit card. Do I have to inform TPG to port out the number before i activate another service's Sim card?

Hi, this is very disappointed. It’s been almost a month or more. I’ve been told so many times that ‘one service members will contact me’ (but turns out no one ever contact me), ‘the refund is being processing’ ( it’s been processing for so long in a unreliable lie loop). Can I please tell me how long do have to wait to get my refund?
