I can't receive or make any calls, please help!

Hi,

You can make sure your phone is connected to phone port 1 of router.

can you hear any dial tone or engage tone?

if possible then do hard reset from reset button of router, hold for 30 seconds till all light flash.

It is connected to port 1 and there is no dial sound

I reset the modem/router and still the same problem... Please help.

Hi daviddimitrios1,

In your case Engineer will check from our end and if they think router phone port is  faulty then we will arrange new router for your but someone will contact you.

Update! Now I can make phone calls but I can't receive any... What's going on??
