Get online support

My internet Has not been working for the past 2 weeks!!

How do I fix this?
PowerPoint is working fine and I have reset and configured the router settings and yet can not connect onto the internet!!!

My router is DLINK model DSL-2877AL
The DSL indicator is red and internet indicator is bright red... power and wan are green light.

I have already contacted DLINK and did the following to configure my router settings:
<<logged in to the Router,(> click on setup tab and select Internet setup at the left side panel of the page. selected Ethernet WAN on the WAN access type.Set the VLAN ID to 2.Then PPPoE for the internet connection type. Enter the username and password from TPG and save the settings.>>
