My NBN is not connected despite being installed on 24 March. Now my ADSL line has been cut. We rely on the internet for work. I'm happy to get either of them connected. I've been trying to get TPG support for a few days now and I've been in queue for hours. Yesterday as I got to the front of the queue, a team member shut off my chat meaning I had to go to the back of the queue again. I'm super frustrated.
