NBN Credit

Hello team,

I swiched my internet from NBN to Wireless with TPG and had received some credits for the overcharge from the old account. It seems the Wireless account just continues to generate new billings and does not use these credits at all. Can I get this balance refunded to my credit card (on file)? Thank!
