NBN DROP OUTS CONSTANTLY

My customer ID "rhimjinny"

My internet was working fine till last week but from then NBN keep dropping outs around 5~8pm almost everyday.

I see there are no issues with NBN in my area. checked all devices but it looks like they are all fine.

So, Can i get some help to sovle out this issue?
