NBN Internet not working

Customer number 6617239.
No internet all day so far (6-5-20). Logged fault, so far no reply. No outage in our area according to your website. Two working from home so this internet is required.

There is an NBN outage in your area 4119, for your NBN-HFC service.

Your service will resume once NBN fix their issues.

Thanks David for your prompt response. I’ll check the website you listed before contacting TPG in the future.

As an FYI - when I tried to use the TPG app to contact TPG it said something along the lines of ‘all staff are assisting other customers right now, please try again later’ and it has said that all morning.

Glad to help!

Our resources have been re-deployed everywhere due to OS call centres shut down. All TPG staff are busy doing all we can for FOH customer service.

 

The forums here are your best bet for the quickest responses.
