NBN connection is unstable - unable to use TEAMS

I can't use Teams for video or audio calls. Connection is very unstable and dropping frequently. I am in the top tier in speed as I upgraded to see if it helps. 

I tried to contact your support centre. but it is not approachable. Always indicating TRY AGAIN. Once I got a hang of it, but dropped the chat line after waiting for more than 1.5 hours.
