NBN not work

My a/c 6831244 referred, I've tried to connect NBN device as your instruction except the phone line. But Internet connection doesn't work due my phone line is a coaxial cable inlet which was provided by Optus perilously. Would you please request to solve the phone line inlet as you given instruction. Thanks.
