Our internet went out Saturday and the NBN box is not showing any life. Called TPG numerous times bit no one answering. Left callback number for Sunday but no return call. Numerous calls and 2 emails but still no contact. Now serverly annoyed at lack of response. All I need is TPG to arrange NBN to come out and replace faulty box. Please help as it is now Monday and still no one answering technical support line or emails. 24/7 help - false advertising!
