NBN outage at 2090

NBN at Young St Cremorne, NSW 2090 has been out yesterday afternoon and all day today.

Please advise when this will be restored.  

I see that there are planned service outages around Sydney today - THIS SHOULD NOT BE DONE ON A WEEKDAY WITH HALF OF THE POPULATION WORKING FROM HOME WHERE UNNITERUPTED INTERNET IS ESSENTIAL.

I would expect a rebate on my charges for each hour the NBN is down between 8AM & 8PN weekdays.
