NBN stopped working- Modem(blck box) restarting every 10-15econds

NBN not working- stopped suddenly. I can only see downstrem light flashing and NBN box rebooting every 10-15 seconds. We had heavy rain and may be due to that or it's just a coincidence!!.

Terrible service- in last 2 weeks, TpG disappointed us.
Any help from community is appreciated

Now internet is back after overnight outage but keeps dropping out.. can anyone help?

There are different types of dropouts that you may experience:


1. Network dropouts, this dropout is caused by a line fault on TPG or NBN's network. Affecting all device(s) LAN/Wireless connected to the modem/router this may require a real-time test and investigation by our Technicians and Engineers.


2. Wireless dropouts, this issue only affects the device(s) connected via Wi-Fi which can easily be fix by doing adjustment to the modem/router's settings.


3. Dropouts caused by ongoing outage in your area.


Remote tests showed no evident line fault that is service affecting. 


For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

Thanks for the reply. However, It was something wrong with nbn network (just few connections). They fixed this morning and it's working fine since then
