I have been waiting over 3 days now trying to get in contact with my case manager to activate my nbn internet connection with no response. I have waited on the phone for over 10 hours each day, only to be transferred from person to person or hung up on by TPG employees. Im working from home and need nbn internet connection asap! I've taken 1 week off work to sort out my internet with no luck and this is the absolute worst customer service I have come across! Im not a happy customer. Ive been told numerous times that only a case manager can help me to activate my nbn internet connection yet a case manager is never available to ever help me! I will go to the telecommunications ombudsmen if this is not sorted by tomorrow. I have missed out on 1 weeks wages due to no internet connection.
