New NBN connection and No Internet

Im a new customer and I was sent an email that my NBN is active but after connecting my modem and waiting for a few hours Internet light isn't coming on. I need internet now please

Operational Status Up   RTX Actual Throughput 22372.0 kbps 54444.0 kbps
Service Stability UNKNOWN   RTX Actual Net Data Rate 22600.0 kbps 54999.0 kbps
