New NBN - no connection

Hi,
Can you please open another ticket for me please.
- I have received NBN connection device and TPG modem. Setup as per instructions but NBN connection device won't connect to DSL.
- TPG technician said NBN wasn't active
- NBN says my NBN is ready but TPG has not activated it. NBN reference 12604192.
- TPG keeps sending automated messages saying to connect my NBN device and that my billing will start soon even if I don't. Can you please forward my request to an experienced technician. It's getting frustrating as this has been going on for nearly 4 weeks and if it can't be fixed soon I will just cancel with TPG and go with Aussie broadband as TPG doesn't seem to be able to deliver the service. I can see your order is still showing in progress. I have requested for our Provisioning Team to investigate and requested for someone to call you back later on today with an update.
