New Sim card log in problems

I lost my phone with the TPG Sim in it. I went through the numerous steps and now I have a new Sim. Now it says to log in to tpg.com.au/myaccount select Get started etc... My problem is I do not have my password to access this site. I called TPG again and they said they would get back to me in 48 hours. Now I have received another email asking me to confirm my identity again. Which I have already done! I do not have my mobile so I have no texts. I am extremely frustrated. Help me please...
