Hi, i received my tpg sim this morning, i canmot activate my new sim because i forgot my account password, when i try to reset my password i cannot access the link because my register number register in the account is not active anymore.. How can i activate my sim? Thank you for answer

Hi @genlinecanlas 

 

Are you porting your number from your previous provider to TPG?

If yes, then the prev. account needs to stay active while activating the service.

 

If not, then we may need to manually activate it with the help of our team.
