I am experiencing some issues with the internet at my store 18 Lucky Lotto. There's no internet connection, my devices cannot connect to the wi-fi, and the modem displays a red light. I have also received a message from NBN saying "TPG NBN installation complete. If porting your number allow 1 to 5 working days. For setup help visit https://tpg.com.au/setuphelp", but have yet to receive an NBN box.
