No NBN Internet post moving away from ADSL2+

I have recently moved over from ADSL 2 + to NBN50 and I have the DSL lights on and no Internet lights. Modem says failed to authenticate with the peer. Please fix ASAP as I have no internet connection since Thursday night and I need this for my work and this is hampering my productivity.

NBN technician visited my premises and advised that there is an issue with the Node at 22 great western Highway parramatta. And there are more than 50 other customers impacted. I am unable to perform my office and my kid her school work. Can we please ask the network team to look and fix into this ASAP
