Hello, I contacted TPG Tuesday about problems with my phone account. I was told by Karl that a technician would call me. So far I haven't heard anything - and then of course I realise they cannot call me because the phone account is not working. I've looked at my account balance and it says there is no amount owing but everyone is telling me they cannot call me. I'm in isolation without a phone....the horror the horror...
