Phone not working

Just got hooked onto the FTTP with the new modem VX220-G2v. Internet is working but the phone line isn't working. What should i do?

Since you are on the new FTTP technology, the VoIP or handset should be connected to the UNI-V port on the NBN NTD box.

Please check the email we've sent you with the designated port.
