Hi,
In the last few months our internet and home wifi has become unbareable! Internet connection doesn't drop out but slows down to the point it is barely usable. On top of that the wifi component of the router has either become unreliable or just can't handle the number of devices on our network as devices are regularly losing thier connection and failing to reconnect (even when in the same room as the modem).
Are there any firmware updates available? Is there a recommended replacement?
No assistance on here, a few emails back and forward with the helpdesk and no understanding of the issue.
After 10 years as a TPG customer I'm out, switching to Aussie Broadband.
