Our system will generate the refund within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that for ANZ Bank Account, refund will be credited on the same day from the time that the refund status is closed.
For non ANZ Bank Account, refund will be credited within 3 to 5 working days from the time that the refund status is closed. If the refund will be via EFT (electronic fund transfer), the completion is within 5-8 working days.
