SIM card activation issue

Hi,

I reveived my SIM card yesterday, yet I found the activation procedures could not be completed since the activation button noted that my attempts failed. I wonder how many days I should wait for the system maintenance or you are able to activate my SIM card manually. 

Looking forward to your solution.
