I selected 4G on my mobile, but the top right corner of my mobile still shows 3G. I wonder if this is because I am using an old SIM. Is it possible to send a new SIM card?

Hi @AnnieW I had this recently, but I think this is not a problem with the SIM card. Most likely the coverage area does not extend to the 4G network in this location.
