Internet keeps dropping out

I have only been a customer of yours for a month. To say my internet connection has been unreliable would be an understatement. I haven't had a day when it hasn't dropped out at some stage. Today has been the straw that broke the camel's back. We have had no internet now for over 5 hours. Not good enough TPG. Im paying for a service that is not being provided.

There are multiple reasons why your Internet connection randomly disconnects. When it comes to connecting to the Internet via WiFi, here are some common causes: ... Wireless interference (channel overlap) with other WiFi hotspots or devices nearby. WiFi adapter outdated drivers or wireless router outdated firmware.

You are connected to a bad Wi-Fi hotspot. Defective cable from your modem / router to your computer. Wi-Fi hotspot strength is insufficient – you may be near the edge of the WiFi network. ... Network adapter outdated drivers or modem / router outdated firmware. getmyoffer capital one

An outdated or incompatible network adapter software or old drivers may be causing your internet to drop every now and then. If that is the case, updating your drivers and firmware can solve the problem. Tellthebell

Your internet keeps cutting out for a number of reasons. Your router may be out of date, you may have too many wireless devices crowding your network, cabling may be faulty, or there may be traffic jams between you and the services that you use. Some slowdowns are out of your control while others are easily fixed.
