Dear Sir or Madam,

After I cancelled my wireless broadband wifi plan, I got an email that I would get another one with shipping label attached to it, several weeks ago. However, I still have not got any email from you and my plan is finishing tomorrow. Please, help me to get the shipping label and send back the modem.
