We transferred to TPG earlier this year. User ID 6728428.
At the time, the sales representative said that TPG would contact our previous supplier (iPrimus) to cancel our account once the landline had been ported.
iPrimus has sent an account for the period of 5 April to 4 May.
Can you please advise when iPrimus was advised of the transfer of service.
