Unable to connect to internet/No Interet

Hi ,

 

I am unable to connect to the internet and having been trying to contact TPG customer care on phone or through chat but nothing works..!!!

 

I am working from home and my work is impacted.

 

Can some one from TPG customer support look at my request immediatell.

How many socket you have in your place?

Where modem is connected?

How socket condition? like dusty, corroded or clean

Have tried other cable to connect modem?

Which modem are you currently?

Which lights of modem are ON or flashing?

Here are my anwers to your questions. Please assist further.

 

 

How many socket you have in your place?

7 sockets

 

Where modem is connected?

to the network port.

 

How socket condition? like dusty, corroded or clean

clean.

 

Have tried other cable to connect modem?

No, I have NBN installed and there are no other compatible NBN modems at home.

 

Which modem are you currently?

NBN modem

 

Which lights of modem are ON or flashing?

only 4G,5G and power lights are on.

Hi rakes7185,

I have checked here and noted currently nbn performing some maintenance work which affect you service. 

You can also check it here.    https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status

I found below message from nbn

"We are currently performing planned network maintenance. It started on 11 May 7:00am and will finish at 13 May 7:00pm. Services are expected to be affected for a total of 1 hour 30 minutes during this time."

Thanks for providing the info.

 

I see that it's been mentioned as "Services are expected to be affected for a total of 1 hour 30 minutes during this time." but it has been already 3 Hours now and its impacting me as i am working from home.

 

Hope this network outage wont lat long enough till 13 May.  Is it possible for you to check and provide me with an exact ETA?

Hi Jayesh,

 

thanks for the info but the network outage still continues as opposed to the duration of 1.5 Hours that has been mentioned in the request that you have provided.

 

I cannot connect to the internet even now after more than around 6 hours of network outage and this is seriously impacting my work now. Smiley Sad 

 

Please look into this request ASAP.
