Upgrading my nbn plan but still run at slow speed

Hello

I have upgraded my NBN speed from 100/40 plan to 800/40 this afternoon. And I got a message to inform me the upgrading is completed.

But I just run the speed test and it still run at 100/40. 

I am just wondering if the network speed has been upgraded or still needs to waite longer?
