I am having Very Slow internet since yesterday

I am using lan cable to test it. Wi-Fi is the same.

Both NBN device and TPG modem seem fine with all good LEDs
I have tried to have a chat with some one. He recommended me to change the channels of Wi-Fi. I did but no help.
