internet not working

Hello, my home network is unavailable for these two days. The dsl on the router is on, but the internet light is off. What is the problem? Is the router broken?

Hi @may9773 ,

 

Thanks for raisiing this to us. If the internet light is off it indicates that the modem/router's configuration is not correct you may need to re-configure the TPG username and password.
