missing NCD

I modem delivery yesterday did not have a Network Connection Device. On my live chat last night, I was informed that TPG would sent a NCD to me free of charge. I want to confirm if the order has been placed and the NCD is being delivered. I need it as I don't have internet.

I have looked up your details and I can confirm that a NCD is in the process of being shipped to you by TPG.

I got a call last night regarding the missing NCD and the operator said they would get this sent out. I still haven’t received a dispatch order so don’t know if it’s on the way. I signed up on Tuesday 7 April and still don’t have functioning internet.
