new NBN no internet

got everything set up correctly, waiting for the internet light for 2 hours nothing happaning. check online NBN available area that our area still no NBN, but got message say your NBN is awaiting activation. try to get online chat waiting for two hours all they say is trasfer me to case manager which never happend.

now i just got internet connected, but the NBN is really slow, even slower than the ADSL2. Can you please check for me?

Can you please send me a screenshot of below test results,?

 

1-connect any of your pc or laptop by Lan cable and run a speed test 

2-connect to 5G wifi and 2.4G and run a test
