no internet connection

so i got my tpg modem about almost 2 weeks ago now and i have so far had no internet connection. i tried online tips first then called to troubleshoot and still not working. i have full signals all lights are on and tpg have sent a ticket regarding the problem but no call back from about 4-5 days ago. This is really frustrating to me and i dont think its signal. When i connected to my computer (which is ethernet only) and phone they both come up with no internet.
