HI ,,We have tried to ring X3 but it wont let us hang on to get a person and tried to log on to your community thing but , our mobile ph number is different and it wants to send code/password there ,, can someone please ring us etc , this is getting all to hard !!

We cannot get through on phone and as I have siad before ,, our old mobile is now not connected , so when we go through our sstem we come to dead end
