Hi,   I am new customer. Moved to TPG recently using my existing cable TV connection. Got email from TPG last night saying everything is fine, but it's not. Phone not working for incoming or outgoing calls. Have tried 2 differetn phones...same issue.   I have followed the instructions and plugged both phones into the Phone1 port.
