Dear Sir/Madam, Today's afternoon, the NBN&TPG connected and finished the installation. I received the email that  TPG NBN Service ACTIVE. The thing is that we used the Telstra many years before. After we choosed the TPG, how can I deal with Telstra. Do I have to go to Telstra shop bu myself to inform them that I do need the telstra anymore and stop their all services?  Please tell me what should I do because I just paid them monthly bill last Friday.
