Thanks so how I can use my own routher to get internet but use TP-link TPG hardware for phone only? do I need to setup TP-Link as the bridge or rougher to get internet from my router to login to phone work ?

Hi, I like to user another router-modem with advance security and advance feature for content monitoring and network monitoring as we have more so many devices connected which can't be manage by TP-Link modem. I will ger modem router but I like to use cisco spa232d mobility enhanced ata for TPG phone so can I have steps to setup cisco spa232d mobility enhanced ata for phone ? or is there any another model out there which I can use for phone setup? Thanks

Hi, since afternoon no internet through NBN i live in Toongabbie, NSW can't find outage so is it with me only or other users have the same issue near my area. heavy rain so could be related that

if you are using Asus DSL-AC68U and like to setup modem with Vlan ID 2 then this modem never goign to work. vLan ID 2 hard coded to use on modem. for this modem you only only use vLan ID 3 and more. if you call Asus support they will lie and they will told this is TPG issue but this is not. this is Asus issue and they asking to buy another modem to work with TPG

Hi, is there any user with DSL-AC68U have an issue with TPG vlan ID 2. I called ASUS and they keep saying this modem should working and the issue is with TPG but this is not TPG issue. I am going to log compliant with Australian Consumer law so looking for more users to join as this is Asus issue and they not accepting this or offer any fixes or any replacement. They say even after replacement if still issue then they can't do much! reply to this or message me if there Option for PM so more users complain join then it will be a strong case. I have some evidence but looking for more users
