Hi, I had 3x mobile accounts (Pay as you go) and wanted to terminate one as my daughter wanted to take on a mobile plan from another service provider. However, when she was activating her new SIM card online with porting her current number, she provided her own details; i.e. Name & DoB. The mobile phone number porting was unsuccessful as the account details (the details with TPG and the details provided by my daugher) did not match. To achieve the successful porting, we were told that we need to change that particular mobile phone account to my daıghter’s name with TPG. Therefore, I was trying to contact TPG by calling many times with no luck. Could you please advice?
