hello @David_M I always run it isolated, as i have no phone here. I tried 4 different phone line cords, about 30cm - 100cm. I dont have another socket to use. If you could lodge a fault that would be best.

as i stated above i have been using the modem you have supplied whilst i have been getting all these disconnects since its started. i am still using the modem you at TPG have provided (TP LINK ARCHER VR1600V) imgur.com/a/6YBlAhG < 5mins uptime. imgur.com/a/6YBlAhG < 15mins uptime. whilst things get back to its original state. and this wasnt a problem with the speed, its a problem with sync and packetloss.

Huge packetloss on all gaming platforms (PC, PS4 and Mobile) and a fair few quick disconnections for maybe the last 48 hours. Using a ASUS DSL-AC68U imgur.com/a/ho39YxQ < 5mins uptime. imgur.com/a/XDya54d < 11mins uptime. Using a TP Link Archer VR1600 imgur.com/a/6YBlAhG < 5mins uptime. imgur.com/a/6YBlAhG < 15mins uptime. I get heavy packetloss with both modems. I upload a little bit of data for work so my FTP client keeps disconnecting me through uploads on both modems too. Any help would be great. Thank you.
