Hi @dbeastly1, We chased this to our Provisioning Team and we have confirmed that they received the documentation. This has been forwarded to NBN Co. the service should work within 24-48hrs. Make sure to keep your modem/router turn on and connected. Let us know how it will go. Cheers!

Hi @dbeastly1 , It should be nbnpod@tpg.com.au, since this is not the 1st time that happened to the service. Our Provisioning Team need a documentation to raise the issue to NBN Co. Let us know once you have sent the document and we'll chase this to our team. To avoid redundancy and confusion.
